    Will I still have a long wait even with Disney character dinner reservations?

    Hi Shannon! Character Dining at the Walt Disney World Resort is an amazing experience! Not only will you have a delicious meal, but you are going to have the opportunity to meet some of your favorite Disney characters! Some of my favorite Character Dining experiences are Chef Mickey's, Tusker House Restaurant, and Topolino's Terrace!

    Character Dining reservations work just the same as any dining reservation. You’ll be seated as soon as your table is ready. I can’t recall ever having an unreasonable wait time for a Character Dining experience! Sometimes, I’ve even been seated immediately upon check-in for my reservation (if not a few minutes early).

    What I like most about Character Dining is that Guests can meet their favorite characters with little or no wait at all! While it is still fun to meet characters in Disney Parks, there is usually a longer wait in the parks. Make sure you have your camera ready! You’re going to be able to get some great photos!
