Leanne, I'm happy to share that within my own experience of planning a Disney trip more than 12 months in advance that I recall that my booking didn't appEAR in My Disney Experience right away. Generally speaking, once Guests have received a booking confirmation of their
Disney holiday package, it can take at least 48 hours to populate and finally appEAR within My Disney Experience.At this time, my best suggestion would be for you to try once again to link your Disney holiday package booking to your My Disney Experience account. With just a little faith, trust, and pixie dust you should now be able to successfully link your package, but if you should experience any further difficulties, then I would recommend speaking with a Cast Member by dialling the UK freephone number contained within this
Walt Disney Travel Company Contact Us link. Prior to calling, you'll want to be sure to have your booking confirmation number close to hand.
