How long does it usually take to get information via mail after booking a trip?

    Hi there, Chris!

If you selected "Standard Mail," the official Disney Ticket FAQ estimates a delivery time of up to 14 days in the U.S.

If you selected "Express Shipping," Disney estimates it will take up to to seven days in the U.S.

Although your order will likely arrive earlier than the required number of days listed, the time allotted is for the processing and handling of your ticketing plus the shipping.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your material in the time suggested, just contact Walt Disney World Ticketing via e-mail at ticket.inquiries@disneyworld.com or by calling (407) 566-4985.

    Have a wonderful trip!

    See you later, celebrator,
    -Deborah B.
