Hi, there!
Margaret, I'm so happy to hear you'll be visiting
Epcot with your grandson. You're sure to have a
Grand Adventure together!
There is lots of fun to be had for little ones in Future World at Epcot. In Future World East, you'll want to travel through the history of innovations on Spaceship Earth. If your little guy is 40 inches or taller, try Test Track too!
You'll find more preschooler-friendly experiences in Future World West. Stop by Epcot Character Spot for meet-and-greets with Baymax, Joy and Sadness, and Mickey, Minnie, and Goofy. At The Land Pavilion, travel through greenhouses on Living with the Land. Guests 40 inches or taller can also hang glide on Soarin' Around the World. The Seas Pavilion will likely be your grandson's favorite. There he can take a dive on The Seas with Nemo & Friends, chat with ocean friends in Turtle Talk With Crush, and explore SeaBase, a 5.7 million gallon aquarium! At the Imagination! Pavilion, head to Journey Into Imagination With Figment, catch the Disney & Pixar Short Film Festival, and stop for a visit with Ralph and Vanellope.
In terms of time, I think you should probably plan on spending 3 - 4 hours in Future World. If it takes you less time to experience that area of Epcot, you'll just have more time for World Showcase!
Prior to your visit, I encourage you to check out the
Preschool Parents' Guide. It has lots of helpful information for Guests traveling with a
little one in tow.
Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Margaret. Please visit us again soon with any new questions you may have!
