    How long until my reservation is linked to my Disney experience? I booked through the Disney website and on the day free dining started, I am hoping its just a delay as I try to link with my booking reference but it can't be found

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    Congratulations on securing the free dining offer, exclusive for Guests from the UK,  for your 2020 holiday to Walt Disney World! I have also just booked my trip for next year, and have received all the emails and invoices, but nothing was showing on My Disney Experience account.  I called the Internet Help Desk and was advised that sometimes our reservations will not appear on My Disney Experience until 12 months prior to the reservation.  However, two days ago my reservation showed up! - so keep checking back as yours could appear soon too (I am booked for June 2020).  If your reservation continues not to show, please call the Internet Help Desk on freephone UK number 0800 169 0749, and they should be able to help you with all queries regarding My Disney Experience (this desk opens at 7.00am ET, which is midday in the UK).  

    Remember the important planning dates for your holiday - dining reservations can be made 180 days in advance, online or by using My Disney Experience.  FastPass+ reservations to secure your place in line for your favourite rides, can be made 60 days prior to your arrival date (for guests staying at a Disney Resort hotel), also by using My Disney Experience.  Also, keep watching the Disney Park Blog updates for all the latest news about Walt Disney World!
