How long does is typically take for luggage to get transferred from one resort to another? Is the earlier I drop it off the better?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Arielle! It's so exciting that your trip to Walt Disney World Resort is coming up so soon. It sounds like you're planning a split stay at a few different Resort Hotels and I think that's a great idea! I love exploring Resort Hotels when I'm on vacation and staying at a couple of different ones is the perfect way to experience everything that they have to offer.

If you're staying at two Walt Disney World Resort Hotels, Bell Services will be able to transfer your luggage from one place to the other for you. When I've dropped my luggage off to be transferred I find that my bags are usually in my room at my new Resort Hotel between check-in time and dinner, although this can vary depending on the day. Because you'll spend the majority of the day without your luggage, it's a great idea to pack a day bag for yourself that has the essentials in it like swimsuits, sunscreen, and a change of clothes. It never hurts to be prepared, right? That way, you can enjoy your day in the Theme Parks knowing that you have everything you might need while your luggage is being safely transferred.

While you're on vacation this week, make sure to take some time to explore the 2020 EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival! It just opened for the season, so you'll be one of the first lucky guests to see the beautiful flowers and topiaries, listen to the music at the Garden Rocks Concert Series, and of course, taste all the delicious food from the Outdoor Kitchens. It's such a fun way to kick-off the spring season!

    Have a magical day, Arielle!
