Hi Scott!
You have a fabulous
Magic Kingdom evening planned! A lovely, prix-fixe dinner at
Be Our Guest followed by reserved viewing for
Disney Enchantment and then ending happily ever after with a bounty of sweet treats!
The key to making your splendidly planned evening a success is what time the fireworks are blasting off on your Magic Kingdom day. If you are visiting in October, Disney Enchantment is typically scheduled for 8:00, with a few showings at 9:00. If the day of your reservations the fireworks commence at nine, you can easily enjoy both experiences. An 8:00 showing will be a bit trickier. A meal at Be Our Guest is three courses, so you should allow a good hour for dinner to enjoy it at a relaxed pace. You want to arrive an hour in advance for the
Disney Enchantment After-Party in order to be escorted and settled into your special viewing area.
A few tricks and tips will help you condense your time at dinner. Arriving early to Be Our Guest might get you seated a bit in advance, but there is no guarantee a table will be available. Do tell your server you are under a time crunch to keep your courses flowing. Read the
menu in advance, so you are ready to order. You could consider skipping dessert since you will be enjoying a vast buffet of sweets in a short time. Also keep an eye on Be Our Guest reservations. Plans change, people cancel, and spots open up, so you might snag an earlier time.
If you rarely travel to
Walt Disney World, go for both experiences if they are on your must-do list. If you are a frequent visitor, you might consider just one if you don't like to be rushed.
Enjoy all the chocolate!
