How long does it take to travel between each park?

Hi Dan!  You cannot take a bus from park to park so you need to first get to a resort and transfer there. This can take anywhere from 35-60 minutes.  By car these trips would take from 15-25 minutes.

You can take a monorail from the Magic Kingdom (transfer at the Transportation and Ticket Center) to EPCOT and a boat from EPCOT to Hollywood Studios as well as a bus but these trips are still in the 35-45 minute rides.

I usually suggest guests give themselves at least an hour when traveling between parks due to bus waits and the occasional mechanical delays.  This is especially true if you are trying to get to dining reservations as you don't want to rush in and be stressed right before a meal!
