Hi Tiffany! Welcome back to planDisney.
On behalf of my fellow panelists and my own military family, thank you for your service to our country. My family is so grateful for the fantastic military special offers available to our service members at the Walt Disney World Resort - in my opinion, there is no better place to enjoy family time! I'm so glad to hear you're planning a visit.
Shades of Green sells a variety of theme park ticket types, so let's see if we can sort out the type of ticket you have on hand and its expiration date. The easiest and most accurate way to find out your ticket's expiration date is to link it to your
My Disney Experience account. Using the
My Disney Experience mobile app (the steps are similar on the desktop version if you prefer), tap the three horizontal lines in the bottom right of your screen. Then, tap "Tickets and Passes" and then the "+" in the top right and then "Link Tickets & Passes." On that screen, enter your Ticket ID code; tap "Where is the ID number?" for a helpful legend of ticket types and where to find the Ticket ID. You may also scan your Ticket's barcode here. When your ticket is added, you will see it listed under "Tickets & Passes," and the remaining days and "Valid Through" date will appear there. I have 2020 Military Promotional Theme Park Tickets for my family's upcoming visit, and I can see that the expiration date for these tickets has been extended through September 26, 2021; your expiration date may be different, so you should link your ticket to be sure.
If you purchased
2021 Military Promotional Theme Park Tickets, they are valid through December 17, 2021. You may see the terms and conditions on the Offer Details.
Tiffany, if you purchased Stars & Stripes or other military tickets from
Shades of Green, the expiration date may vary. If you're not able to link the ticket using the steps above, I would recommend calling the Shades of Green Ticket Sales Office at (407) 824-1403. I have always found their staff to be wonderful and super helpful.
Once you have your tickets and visit dates sorted out, be sure to make
Disney Park Pass reservations for each day of your visit. These are required for theme park entry during the phased reopening of the Walt Disney World Resort; for all the operational and health and safety guidelines, be sure to read the
