Hey, howdy, hey, Ashley!
How exciting to be planning a Disneyland Resort vacation, even if it is a ways off in the future! At least you’ll have the anticipation of that magical visit to lean on for motivation each day.
The expiration dates of regular
Disneyland Resort theme park tickets are printed on the tickets themselves. When purchasing a ticket directly from the Disneyland Resort, that expiration date will be indicated before purchasing. Currently, when purchasing tickets online, the expiration date for one-day tickets is December 30, 2020, and the expiration date for multi-day tickets is 13 days after the first use or January 12, 2021, whichever occurs first. While subject to change, those are likely to be the expiration dates for all regular theme park tickets purchased from now until about the end of this year.
You are smart to plan well in advance for your ticket purchases. If you happened to purchase your tickets now for a visit during 2020, you would benefit from locking in the current ticket prices. Should a planned 2020 visit not occur, you would still be allowed to use the amount paid for
wholly unused, expired theme park tickets toward the purchase of replacement tickets at the prices of that future date.
Another great way to plan for your Disneyland Resort vacation is to follow along with the
Disney Parks Blog. You can even keep up with the latest Disneyland Resort news using your favorite
social media platforms. And be sure to catch up to all the latest announcements made at the
D23 Expo 2019, wrapping up this weekend.
Have a magical time, Ashley!
