Hey Carmine,
Welcome back to planDisney! It sounds to me like you’re hoping to stay in the magic as long as possible. I totally get it; when my family and I visit Walt Disney World we never want to leave. I still remember my youngest son and I crying on a bench together at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter on check-out day while we waited for our airport shuttle when he was 3. Disney World really is the Most Magical Place on Earth and extending that magic is a great strategy.
You’ll be happy to hear that
Disney Resorts Collection hotel guests are able to reserve a stay at any hotel for up to 30 continuous nights. Whether you are able to do this successfully will depend on availability, but remember that you can also consider booking split stays between multiple resorts if you can’t book 30 continuous nights at 1 resort. Before you book, review the
Special Offers page to see if any of the current offers match your dates and specifications.
When considering where to stay, know that standard Value, Moderate and Deluxe Disney Resort Hotel rooms will typically have basic room amenities like a beverage cooler and coffee maker.
Deluxe Villas offer more of the comforts of home, like fully-equipped kitchens, in-room washers and dryers, and separate living and dining areas. Most Deluxe Villas will feel more like a true apartment than standard rooms, and there’s plenty of room for the whole family with some of these villas sleeping up to 12 guests. If you need help figuring out where to stay, consider which parks you’ll spend the most time at. If you plan to hang out at
Magic Kingdom a lot, consider staying in the Magic Kingdom Resort area. Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows or Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort are two of the great options you can consider there. If you’ll be more focused on
EPCOT, an EPCOT-area villa like Disney’s Beach Club Villas or Disney’s Riviera Resort may be a better fit. Riviera will also be a great fit if you plan to visit Hollywood Studios more since it has a station on the
Disney Skyliner.
I hope this information helps, Carmine. I know your visit is coming up soon; it’s so exciting that you’ll get to spend so much quality time soaking up the magic. Happy planning, and remember to come back and see us here at planDisney if you need more planning help. TTFN… ta-ta for now!
