    Hi. How long before the start of our stay are the travel documents typically posted out? We have booked for 13 May 2025. However as we are coming from Australia, leaving early April 2025 we are concerned about this timing as we may have already? Thanks

    Welcome to planDisney! To the best of my knowledge guests from Australia typically book their trips to Walt Disney World Resort through a travel agent. If you have used one then you should reach out to them to find out the timeline for delivery of your travel documents. When traveling to Walt Disney World Resort you will need your Park tickets, Disney Resort reservation details, and possibly your flight information (if you purchased them). Most likely you received much of this information via email as mailed documentation is not the norm right now. Usually, when international and even US guests purchase packages to Walt Disney World Resort, their confirmations are only sent via email and appear on their My Disney Experience plans page. You will need your MyDisney account information and you should see your tickets and room reservation details. 

    If you are speaking about travel documents like a Visa or Passports then I won't be able to assist you with that. Please reach out to a local travel agent or your local government office who can assist with procuring the necessary legal documentation to travel to the United States. 

    May is a wonderful time to visit the Parks and I am glad you planned your trip for then! The EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival is usually held during this time and EPCOT is just beautiful. I love the giant topiaries and the weather is perfect.
