Laurie, the email should reach your Guests fairly quickly. In fact, I tested it out, and mine was sent to a family member within the hour. However, because the email could be playing hide and seek in another folder, I recommend having your Guest check their Spam and Promotional folders to ensure it hasn't made its way there.
If it has been longer than 24 hours and your Guest cannot locate the invitation in their email or on their My Disney Experience account after repeated attempts, please don't fret. You're welcome to call and speak to a friendly Cast Member at
My Disney Experience, MagicBand, and MagicBand+, and they'll be happy to assist you.
Once you're all connected, you can begin planning all the fun aspects of your trip together, such as making delectable
dining reservations, making
Park Pass reservations, purchasing the
Disney Genie+ service, and joining
Virtual Queues together!
