    This is a long shot but do you know if Disney can find photo pass pictures from 5 months ago?

    Hey there, Julie! Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. There’s nothing like reliving the magic with photos from a vacation to Walt Disney World!

    In fact, I had the opportunity to use Disney’s Memory Maker last year for the first time and there’s nothing like having a professional photographer snap photos of the entire family.

    I recently spoke with a few Cast Members about locating old photos and in short, they are always willing to work their magic. While it’s not guaranteed that they will be able to locate them, the more information that you can provide to the Cast Members, the better your chances are. So gather up your specific vacation dates and times and reach out to the Disney PhotoPass Guest Support Team by calling 407-560-4300 or by emailing them at disneyphotopass_support@disneyworld.com and they will do their very best.
