Please note that modifications and cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of your reservation at the time of booking. To receive a refund of your deposit, room-only reservations must be canceled at least five days before your arrival date. If you booked a Disney vacation package, a notification of cancellation must be received at least 30 days before your check-in date. I highly recommend reading your cancellation policy before making a cancellation.
You are also welcome to make changes to your reservation online, but please note that all modifications are subject to availability and you will be responsible for paying any increase in price resulting from the change. To change or cancel your reservation,

My Plans, find your booking and select
Cancel Reservation or
