    How long would you recommend for first visit to WDW? Family of 4 w/ 6yr old boy and 3yr old girl. I'm also considering day trips to the ocean and Universal Studios. Thanks in advance for your input!

    Hi Karen!  If you are truly hoping to see a good deal of Walt Disney World I suggest a minimum of five days.  That allows for one day in each park plus one day to visit a water park, Downtown Disney, or enjoy the recreation amenities.  If you are adding a day at the ocean and a day at any other theme park in the Orlando area you will need to add those onto the five days.  I can still go for ten days and never leave the property and still don't do all that I had hoped to do at Walt Disney World!
