It sounds like you’re on your way to planning a practically perfect visit to the
Happiest Place on Earth soon! I have wondered this exact same thing after purchasing my
theme park tickets in the past, so I took a look back at an email I received stating that my order was being processed, and it said, “You will soon receive an email to inform you of the status of your order once processing has been completed.” According to the Disneyland Resort, it may take up to 24 hours for you to receive your confirmation email, which will include access to your eTicket. If it has been longer than that and you still don’t see a confirmation email, I recommend calling a Cast Member for assistance at (714) 781-4636.
As you continue preparing for your visit to the Disneyland Resort, you’re also going to want to
download the Disneyland app, which just so happens to be my favorite handy helper in the theme parks! You can use it to check attraction wait times, mobile order food and drinks, and harness the cosmic power of
Disney Genie+ Service! If you didn’t already purchase it during your ticket transaction, I recommend adding Disney Genie+ to your ticket upon entering the theme parks. You can do this from the convenience of your Disneyland app, too. This service truly helps you make the most of your Disney days!
