Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Ellen!
Welcome to planDisney! We are DELIGHTED you stopped by and are honored to help you plan your upcoming trip to
Disney World! AND...I am so excited you are visiting the "Most MAGICAL Place on Earth" during the most WONDERFUL time of the year! The parks are sparkling with twinkling lights, festive music fills the air, and every corner feels like a holiday postcard come to life. There’s truly something extra special about visiting
EPCOT at Christmastime, where the traditions of the season shine bright around every pavilion. And since you’re planning to experience the
Candlelight Processional, you are in for one of the most heartwarming moments Disney has to offer!
Imagine a grand choir, a full live orchestra, and a celebrity narrator retelling the Christmas story beneath twinkling lights at the World Showcase. It’s a tradition that feels like the perfect holiday hug in the heart of Disney, leaving you humming carols and smiling all the way to your next seasonal snack. I have personally experienced the processional several times, and it is my favorite event Mickey plans each year!
Now, regarding your question...The 5:00 p.m. Candlelight Processional typically lasts approximately 45-50 minutes. As you plan for this experience, I can share that the best way to enjoy it is by booking a
Candlelight Processional Dining Package. These special packages include a delicious meal at one of EPCOT’s participating restaurants and come with guaranteed seating for the show, which is a huge perk since standby lines can stretch faster than a sleigh ride on Christmas Eve!  Simply choose your restaurant, select your 5:00 p.m. dining time, and you will be all set for your reserved seating at the America Gardens Theatre. It’s a wonderful way to combine a festive meal, avoid long waits, and enjoy this breathtaking holiday performance with peace, comfort, and maybe even a cup of cocoa afterward!
If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask. We are here to help in any way!
Have a MAGICAL day!
