    How long do we have to use park tickets from our purchase date? We planned a trip for 12/18-12/23/20 but we may need to postpone because of COVID concerns. Thank you.

    I’m so glad you’re here, but I’m sorry it’s under these circumstances. So many things are up in the air right now, and I completely understand your need to postpone your upcoming getaway to the Walt Disney World Resort. We want you to be able to experience the best of Disney magic when your family is comfortable and ready! I checked with a Cast Member, and she told me that theme-park tickets have been extended through September 26, 2021, with the exception of the Florida Resident Discover Disney Ticket, which expired September 30, 2020. If you're unable to visit by September 26, 2021, then you can apply the value of a wholly unused ticket toward the purchase of a ticket for a future date. If you booked a Vacation Package, the Cast Member recommended calling to have your package modified. You can contact the Disney Reservation Center at (407) 934-7639 and a Cast Member will be happy to assist you! 

    In the meantime, if you’re looking to experience a taste of Disney magic at home, I recommend checking out shopDisney.com for all the latest holiday merchandise in the Holiday Shop. From adorable spirit jerseys, to festive headbands and mini backpacks, there’s something for everyone! I just visited Walt Disney World this past weekend, and picked up some adorable holiday plush and holiday-themed Disney's Cloth Face Masks to help make this holiday season a little bit merrier for my family!
