How long after I order the annual passes online do I receive the exchange tickets in the mail?

Hi, Silvia! Please allow me the pleasure to be among the first to welcome you to the Annual Passholder family! There are so many fantasmic benefits to being a passholder - resort room, dining, and merchandise discounts being some of my favorite! There are also the V.I.Passholder events and even exclusive merchandise. The most adorable benefit is the ability to acquire some bloomin' fun car decorations. If you plan to visit the parks soon, be sure to stop by the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival to pick up your Annual Passholder exclusive seasonal magnet!

Silvia, the exchange certificate that you receive when you purchase an Annual Pass online will "live" in your My Disney Experience account until the day you decide to activate it. Simply head to any theme park ticket window or Guest Relations at Disney Springs where you will be able to show a proof of its purchase and identification to activate the pass. If you did make use of the wonderful Florida Resident Annual Pass program, then you will need to also bring proof of residency.

While your Annual Pass may not be officially active, you may still use the My Disney Experience mobile app and make FastPass+ selections for any upcoming trip! Annual Passholders are able to make these selections up to 30 days in advance, unless you plan to stay at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel. In that case, you will be able to make them up to 60 days in advance of your check-in date.

Thanks for stopping by and please let us know if you have any other questions!

Meet the Panelist: Brandy, South Carolina

Hi, I'm Brandy, a speech pathologist and busy driver of daughters to marching band and dance events. My Annual Pass is used often to check out new Disney must-dos and resort changes. I enjoy giving advice about itinerary and FastPass+ planning, Epcot's fantastic festivals, Memory Maker, and transportation at the Resort. The time I spend at Walt Disney World Resort is distinctive because it is the one place I can forget other responsibilities and focus on having the time of my life with my family!
