    how long is the monorail ride from The Contemporary Hotel to Disney Springs?

    Thanks for your question and for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
    First let me applaud your choice of resort!! Disney's Contemporary Resort is one of my FAVORITE resorts on property. I hope you have a Magic Kingdom view. Although the view of Bay Lake is quite peaceful.
    Disney's Contemporary Resort is known as a "monorail resort" as it is part of the Magic Kingdom "loop." It joins Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa and the Ticket and Transportation Center as the major stops on the loop. The monorail system does not connect any of these resorts to Disney Springs. You may, however, use Disney's Bus Transportation system to get from your resort to Disney Springs. Once on board, the drive is about 15-20 minutes depending on traffic on property.
