Hi Jessica!
Sounds like you are DREAMing about setting sail with Captain Mickey...what a WONDERful idea! There’s so much
MAGIC that’s included on a Disney cruise, the challenge is squeezing it all in! I cannot wait for this FANTASY to become a reality for you and your crew in just a few weeks.
It starts to feel real when you can do
Online Check-In, right? Currently, I’m told that Online Check-In can take about a day to get that information approved by Disney Cruise Line. (Ok, so it may not meet the midnight deadline for Cinderella, but it's still pretty fast!) That is because the new process requires reviewing scans of passports/travel documents and photos of all Guests. But hey, that means it will likely streamline this process when you arrive at the port, so that’s the good news!
You are probably also eager to complete Check-In so you can find out your Port Arrival Time for
Embarkation Day. Right now, for the health and well-being of everyone, Guests are currently NOT permitted at the terminal or in parking areas before their scheduled Port Arrival Time and will be turned away if arriving early. So this time is really key in starting the whole pre-cruise testing process.
You’ve probably already gotten the green light with your Online Check-In in the meantime since you asked this question. But if you are still having issues, then I suggest that you
call Disney Cruise Line to help you resolve this issue. The Cast Members there are the real Fairy Godmothers and Godfathers and can get that all sorted out for you!
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo back to planDisney if we can help you finalize those last minute details. Once you’ve set sail on your Disney cruise, I hope you will be able to say that the glass slipper fit and the dream that you wished came true!
