Hi Maurice,
Thank you for taking the time to send your question to planDisney, we really appreciate it. I am happy to see that you already have Theme Park Tickets, hopefully you will be back making memories at the Happiest Place on Earth in no time!
When the temporary closure of
Disneyland Resort was announced, many expiration dates for Theme Park Tickets were automatically extended until December 16, 2021. I recommend signing into your
Disney Account to check and see if your Theme Park Tickets have had the expiration date extended. Some guests have had to link their Theme Park Tickets again in order for them to appear in your account. To link your Theme Park Tickets you will need the valid Ticket number. If by chance you won't be able to return to Disneyland Resort prior to the expiry, don't worry. The value of your wholly unused Theme Park Tickets can be used to purchase new admission to Disneyland Resort.
Please keep in mind that when Disneyland Resort opens to out of state and international guests again, we are now required to have both a valid Theme Park Ticket as well as a
Theme Park Reservation for every day you would like to enter a Theme Park. Once we are able to visit Disneyland Resort as Canadians, simply login to your
Disney Account to make your Theme Park Reservations in four easy steps!
I hope this information is useful, Maurice. When reservations open up for out of state and international visitors and we are able to travel as Canadians again, please feel free to come back to
planDisney with any other questions you may have. We are always happy to help!
