how long is grocery delivery? i will have hungry kids coming off the plane. Our dinner reservations are late. should i just mail us some food ahead? and is water bottles complimentary?

As Pooh Bear would say, “Why, hello there!” Steve, I can totally understand how difficult it can be to travel with a "rumbly in your tumblie!" I often get off the plane with my two snacky kids in tow, so know there are a few options to get those bellies filled quickly.

I like to bring granola bars in my carry-on for snacking when arriving at MCO. That plane tram is the perfect spot to open them up and hand them to the kids.  After riding Disney’s Magical Express, the most magical way to arrive at your Disney Resort, you can check in to your resort and head to the local eateries in your hotel.  Most of the Disney Resorts boast a fast casual or counter service location, where you can grab a snack or a small bite to eat before your evening dinner reservations.

As far as hydration goes, you may receive a free cup of water with a lid and straw at many dining locations (think counter service, or fast casual walkups, as well as food courts, but not little food carts).  Bottled water is available at many locations for a purchase price. My family makes it a priority to grab cups of water as soon as we enter the park or a resort food court. The last option available is to have a scheduled grocery delivery to your resort.  My family has purchased water bottles, milk and juice boxes for delivery with Garden Grocer.
