How long does it take to go through Animal Kingdom? We will be there in June and I have my 6 year old Grandson coming with. He is so excited !! Thanks.

Hi, Deborah! You sound like an awesome grandma. I bet some of that awesomeness trickles over to your grandson too. If there's any left over, please send a little my way.

Animal Kingdom can take as long as you'd like it to take. If you're systematic in your approach, you can fit in everything (or close to everything) in a day. If you want to slow down your pace, you can easily stretch it out. If you do opt for doing Animal Kingdom in a day, make sure you arrive prior to park opening. Then, go counterclockwise around the park, beginning with Dinoland U.S.A.

If you and your grandson don't like the super thrill rides of Dinosaur and Everest, then start at Kilimanjaro Safaris. You can then fit everything in (excluding Dinosaur and Everest) in less than a day.
