    How long does it take to get my e gift card after canceling a reservation?

    Welcome to planDisney. I am so very sorry to hear that your vacation plans have changed. I am sure that it was not easy to make the decision to cancel. There are some amazing experiences and attractions coming to Walt Disney World Resort in the future. Character hugs are returning and the newest attraction, Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is opening on May 27th! I hope you are able to reschedule your adventure for a date in the near future. 

    Jessica, this is such a great question. Refunds from a canceled Walt Disney World vacation package can take up to 7- 10 business days. If this timeframe has passed and you have still not received your refund, I recommend reaching out to a Cast Member to inquire about the refund. You can reach them from 7 AM to 11 PM ET daily. I also want to mention that if this refund will be coming via email, it always helps to check your spam/junk mail folders. Sometimes magical mail can end up in the wrong folder.
