How long of an experience is the full Main Street Electrical Parade Dining Package at Disneyland and how much does it cost per person? Hoping to make it a date night but I need to know how long we'll be away from our kids. Thanks!

    Dear Carissa,
If you're staying at a Disneyland Resort Hotel, you should set aside approximately 3 hours for your date night at the Disneyland Park for the Main Street Electrical Parade dining package. This, as long as you plan ahead and secure a dining reservation about 1.5 hours before the parade start time.
if you're driving to the park, you'll have to plan for a 4-hour date night due to traffic and parking delays. Plus, remember that from the Mickey & Friends parking lot you'll still have to wait for the tram which will transport you the Parks.
The Blue Bayou Restaurant's pre-fixe menu offering that goes along with a Main Street Electrical Parade preferred viewing area voucher is quite fabulous!
During the month of February, the Blue Bayou Main Street Electrical Parade dining package was priced at approximately $50 per adults and $30 for children.
However, prices and menu items are subject to change, so you should call guest services at (714) 781-DINE to get the current price per person.
Once dinner is over and you make your way to the preferred viewing area, the actual parade will be about an hour long. It's such a wonderful display of lights and characters that you'll probably want to return the next night so that your kids can also witness this amazing light spectacular!
I hope you have a magical date night!
Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
