Howdy Laura!
From one Alabamian to another, welcome to the
Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am so happy you shared your question with us!
With the parks opening soon and all the new changes, the website and the ability to talk to a Cast Member via phone might be a little time-consuming! If you are referring to the “waiting room” to be able to make your
Disney Park Pass reservation, then I completely understand. I started making my reservations in the early morning hours, then decided to come back and try again in the afternoon. I had more success in the afternoon then I did in the morning hours, but I have several friends that were able to get those reservations finished in the morning hours. It just depends on how many guests are working on making a reservation at the same time. I hope this helps with making your Disney Park Pass reservation and even if you need to
speak with a Cast Member in the coming weeks.
You must be so excited to be among the first guests to get back to the parks! This is a Dream Come True! I know this will be an unforgettable time, as you are able to experience this monumental moment in Walt Disney World history! Make sure you capture these reopening days with a few
Disney PhotoPass Photos!
I also highly recommend familiarizing yourself with the
Mobile Food Order on your
My Disney Experience. When you use the Mobile Food Order, you can choose your quick-service restaurant, create your order, and pay your bill all while relaxing at your table. July can be warm, and Mobile Food Ordering is the perfect way to cool down while you wait for your food.
To stay informed of all the changes in the days until the
Walt Disney World reopens, check out the
Disney Parks Blog. Also, if you have any more questions, please come back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We look forward to helping you will all your planning questions, Laura!
See Ya Real Soon,
Tamela
