As Walt Disney once famously said, "I only hope that we never lose sight of one thing... that it was all started with a Mouse." The
Disney100 Celebration is a way to honor Walt's wishes. As we look back on 100 years of Disney magic, we remember that it all started with a Mouse. However, it continued with countless other beloved characters that made so many wishes come true.
Lavender, there was no end date mentioned when the
Disney100 Celebration was announced on Disney Parks Blog. However, we can expect the celebration to continue for at least a year (i.e. until January 2024). Up until now, the 100-year celebration has been taking place mainly at Disneyland Resort. As of yet, there has been no formal announcement about the celebration coming to Walt Disney World Resort. However, since the 50th Anniversary Celebration ended, we have been seeing some Disney100 Celebration décor coming to The Most Magical Place on Earth. We've also seen some merchandise available too! Maybe keep your eyes peeled on
Disney Parks Blog for any further announcements.
In regards to the
Fab 50 Character Collection, Disney has made no formal announcement about them being removed from the theme parks. However, it's possible that by the time you arrive, they might be removed or repositioned. Again, keep an eye on Disney Parks Blog.
