    How long will decorations be up at WDW resorts? hoping for 1/5/2017 Thanks in advance, Jim

    Hello, Jim!

    From your question, it sounds like we could be great friends!  I absolutely LOVE visiting Walt Disney World during the Christmas holiday season!  It truly is the MOST wonderful time of the year!

    While I know you are hoping for a Christmas miracle to see the holiday decorations at Walt Disney World on your upcoming trip, most of the decorations start coming down before January 5, 2018 to get ready for the Walt Disney World Marathon weekend starting January 3 through January 7, 2018. The only hope you MIGHT have in seeing a few Christmas decorations would be around Disney Springs.
