Hey Howdy Hey Georgian and welcome to planDisney!
From booklets purchased to ride attractions to tickets that never expire, Disney has had many options for tickets in the past. There are still some of the older style tickets still in existence to some degree as well as you bet that Disney will still value a great majority of them. This also applies to many tickets that have not been used. Thank you for your question about checking the dates of unused park tickets, let's get you pointed in the right direction.
The first place you can check is on your
My Disney Experience account. As long as the tickets were linked to your account, you can look under the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section and look for the heading "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker". Under that heading, you should see any tickets you still have on your account that are active and options to see how many days are still valid and when the ticket expires.
Every ticket does have an expiration date as well, at least the tickets being sold in the past several years do. When the expiration date passes, these tickets will usually fall off of your My Disney Experience account. You still do have the option to
call Disney at (407) 934-7639 and speak to a Cast Member about your tickets. If you have a confirmation number from the original transaction this will help to speed along the process. In most cases, the Cast Members will be able to tell you how many valid days you still had on the ticket and they may be able to apply the cost of the unused days to a future ticket price. Ticket pricing now is based on days of the week and time of the year so you might notice a difference in pricing if you are looking to visit during particular times. The Cast Member will be able to walk you through some different scenarios as well.
I hope this process works quickly for you to get your updated tickets so you can start planning your next trip! Keep up with all of the latest news and announcements from Disney over at
Disney Parks Blog to help with your planning.
Feel free to stop back and let us know if you have any further questions, we would be happy to help!
Have a Magical Day,
