A very warm welcome to
planDisney, Veronica!
The
Disability Access Service (DAS) program is a part of Disneyland Resort's commitment to inclusion and accessibility for all Guests. You may already know about pre-registering for DAS, but I am especially excited that Guests now have the ability to
virtually pre-register for DAS Advance through a live video chat with a Cast Member. This live chat feature is available from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Pacific Time, and can be initiated as early as 30 days before your visit, but no less than 2 days before your arrival. You'll want to make sure that each member of your party has both valid
theme park tickets and park reservations linked together before initiating the DAS Advance live chat. Of course, guests also have the option to visit Guest Relations locations in-person to
register for the DAS program.
Now, you've asked a great question about how long you'll be able to use a registered DAS. According to the terms of the DAS program, Guests may use their registered DAS for the entire length of their ticket or up to 60 days, whichever is shorter. After this point, or if you purchase a new ticket, then you would need to register for DAS again.
Veronica, I hope this helps offer a bit of insight as you get ready for your visit to
Disneyland Resort and I'm wishing you the most magical memories! If I can help you answer any other questions, please come back and visit me or one of the other fabulous panelists at
planDisney!
Magic awaits you,
Tishra
