Hi Susan! Welcome to planDisney! Thanks so much for stopping by and asking this great question. I'm happy to help!
How exciting that your Disneyland Resort vacation starts in less than two weeks! Making
Advanced Dining Reservations are always at the top of my planning list. If your plans change and you need to cancel an advanced dining reservation, be sure to do this at least two hours before your reservation time to avoid a cancellation fee. It's important to note that the two-hour cancellation policy does not apply to
Downtown Disney District restaurants,
World of Color Dessert Party, or
Tomorrowland Skyline Terrace. Those dining experiences require a one or two-day cancellation to avoid a per-person cancellation fee, depending upon which one you have reserved. If there are dining reservations that you anticipate you will need to cancel, I would recommend canceling sooner rather than later.
In case you aren't aware, the
Disney100 Celebration begins next week! You will be among the first to experience this special, pixie-dusted celebration! If you have more planning questions before you arrive, please visit us again at
planDisney. We would love to help you feel prepared to have a magical vacation at
The Happiest Place on Earth!
Happy Planning!
Smiles,
Lisa
