How long is the bus ride from Disney Springs to Fort wilderness Lodge?

    Hiya Michael,

Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney with your transportation question. Disney Springs is such a fun place to explore. I love wandering through shops like World of Disney and grabbing a sweet treat along the way. Between the incredible restaurants, entertainment, and snacks around every corner, it’s one of those places where it’s easy to spend hours soaking up the Disney magic.

Let’s drive right into your question. The trip from Disney Springs to Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground typically takes about 15 minutes, although that is just an estimate. I always recommend allowing a little extra time to account for traffic or other delays along the way.

Using Disney bus transportation is a very convenient way to travel around the Disney World Resort property. Just remember to factor in the time it takes to walk to the bus stop and wait for the next bus. Buses generally run about every 20 minutes, so building in that extra cushion can help keep your plans running smoothly.

If you’re looking for another option, you might also consider using the Minnie Van service powered by Lyft. You can request one right from the Lyft app, and one of the bright red polka-dot vans will come pick you up. One of my favorite parts about the Minnie Vans is that they are driven by Disney Cast Members, which makes the ride feel extra magical.

Michael, I hope this helps answer your question. If you have any other planning questions, please feel free to stop by and visit us again.

    See you real soon,
