How long does the bus take to get from Art of Animation to the Polynesian Resort in early evening?

Hello Mary!  Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

There is no direct bus that takes you from Disney's Art of Animation Resort to Disney's Polynesian Village Resort.  You can get there by taking a bus to Magic Kingdom and then transferring to the monorail and riding it until you reach the Polynesian - the third stop from Magic Kingdom.  I would allow yourself anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half to get from the one resort to the other.  I know that hoping on a bus and then transferring to the monorail might seem difficult but there are plenty of signs that will guide you to where you are supposed to go and if you are still unsure, a Cast Member will be more than happy to help you.

I hope this helps!  If you have any other questions, please feel free to come back and ask.

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
