How long will bell services hold your luggage after check out? I would be coming back after extended evening hours at MK so it will be very late (like 1-2am).

Hi there Brittany and welcome back to planDisney!

It's so great to see you come back to ask questions and engage with our team with each of your Walt Disney World Resort adventures and from the sounds of it, you really do enjoy staying out for some late-night fun at the Theme Parks! There's something very special about seeing Magic Kingdom Park transform from day to night as the daytime crowds head to their beds and darkness falls across the various lands during Extended Evening Theme Park Hours, and we like to answer questions and give our Tips and Tricks for the planDisney After Dark crowd!

You'll be happy to hear that I experienced the scenario you described recently; we enjoyed being on the very last ride and by the time that we exited the park we did not return back to our Resort Hotel until after 2:00 a.m. to retrieve the luggage that we had left at Bell Services when we set out early in the morning. Fortunately in our experience there were absolutely no issues with us doing so and after easily retrieving our belongings, we were ready to head on our way. In fact, during one of our most recent stays at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, we had actually forgotten one of our bags at Bell Services while we were in the process of switching rooms for a split stay; even when we returned two days later after our Disney Fairy Tale Wedding it was still waiting for us!

While I wouldn't recommend testing this out to see just how long an unclaimed piece of luggage could potentially stay at Bell Services, I am curious to see at what point they are turned over to Lost and Found and require a claim report to be filled out in order to be returned to a guest. Rest assured that your luggage will very likely be there for you once you return from closing out the park with your meanderings after midnight. (It also certainly doesn't hurt to tip your Bell Services Cast Members generously just in case!)

As for one of my personal Princely Picks, Tips and Tricks, something that we enjoyed during our last Extended Evening Hours experience was being able to experience the Country Bear Jamboree as well as Walt Disney's Enchanted Tiki Room as the only people watching! There was just something really special about feeling like it was our own private VIP show, and I hope that you also get a chance to experience some surreal, magical moments during your visit. Don't hesitate to come back again to planDisney Brittany, your questions are always welcome and I look forward to answering more in the future!

Wishing you all the best on your quest to rule the park after dark!
