How long should I allow for travel time between All Star Movies Resort and our reservation at the Grand Floridian? (Using park transportation)

    Howdy, Jasmine!

Dinner at Disney's Grand Floridian is destined to be delicious!

The best way to get from Disney's All Star Movies Resort is to take the bus from the resort to the Magic Kingdom. Once you get to the Magic Kingdom, you have a couple of options for getting to your Advanced Dining Reservation.

    1. Take the Monorail to the resort. This mode is most scenic as you will stop at Disney's Contemporary Resort, The Ticket and Transportation Center and then Disney's Polynesian Village Resort.

    2. Take the ferry boat from the Magic Kingdom entrance to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa. If you choose this option, there could be a stop at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort before arriving at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa.

With either of these options, give yourself plenty of time. I would suggest to leave Disney's All Star Movies Resort at Least 60-75 minutes before your scheduled dining reservation. Be sure to factor in the time you may have to wait to board the bus to leave your resort, travel to the Magic Kingdom, and board the Monorail or ferry to your final destination for dinner.

If you arrive to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa too early, just enjoy the sights! The resort is sure to amaze you and you may even be treated with some live music or Princess sightings!

Jasmine, enjoy your dinner! If you have more questions, please visit with us again soon!
