    How long should we allow for monorail from MK to Epcot at Disney World? We are doing MK in am and have a 2:45 pm lunch reservation in Epcot. Also where would be best spot to get on monorail in MK? Thanks.

    Hi Maureen!

    Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel.

    There is only one monorail station at the Magic Kingdom.  It is actually located outside the park.  You should reserve about 20 minutes to get from the deepest location within the park to the monorail station.  Then monorails arrive about every 10 minutes.  You want to catch the Express Monorail to the Transportation and Ticket Center.  There you want to transfer to a monorail going to Epcot; those monorails run about every 10 minutes.  Then it is about a 10 minute trip to Epcot.  Once you arrive at Epcot, you will be outside the theme park and will have to enter that park using your Magic Your Way ticket.
