How long should we allow for Disney transportation prior to our airline flight

    Hi, Cindy!

Thanks so much for sending your question to us at Disney Parks Moms Panel!

When Guests stay at select Walt Disney World Resort hotels, they may choose to utilize the complimentary Disney's Magical Express to and from Orlando International Airport. It's such a fun and stress-free way to both start and end your vacation to The Most Magical Place on Earth!

The day prior to your checkout, paper notification of your pickup time will be delivered to your hotel room. Typically, that pickup time is about three hours prior to your flight's scheduled departure.

Be sure to bring all of your bags to your resort hotel's Disney's Magical Express pickup area and have that paper notification ready to hand to your driver prior to boarding. We like to arrive at that area about ten to fifteen minutes early so that we can double check that we have all of our gear, too.

If you are lucky enough to be flying home later in the day or at night, you can leave your bags with Bell Services and squeeze in just a little more resort, park, or Disney Springs fun.

Happy planning, Cindy! Be sure to send us more questions as you think of them. We love to help!
