Welcome to planDisney, Benjamin. I'm so glad you stopped by! With your Walt Disney World Resort vacation just about to begin, let's get you ready for an adventure-filled visit.
I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing your vacation plans. Technical difficulties aren't the least bit magical, are they? Let's start by checking your
My Disney Experience account online. I recommend using either Google Chrome or Safari - these are the internet browsers I've had the best luck using for my Disney vacation planning. Log in to your account and then hover over the My Disney Experience tab on the Walt Disney World Resort homepage. Select "My Plans" from the drop-down menu that appears. You should be directed to a page that says, "Benjamin's Plans and Tickets." As you scroll down the page, you should be able to see your Disney Resorts Collection hotel listed, along with any dining reservations or Theme Park Reservations that you booked for your upcoming stay. There will be an option to modify any of these experiences listed next to each reservation.
If you'd like to view your plans on the
My Disney Experience mobile app, be sure that your app is updated. It recently underwent some changes to update it for the new
Disney Genie Service and
The World's Most Magical Celebration! Once the app is updated and you've logged in, tap on the three little horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of the app home screen. Then, tap on the box that says "Future Plans." You should see all your existing plans listed there!
Should you continue to experience difficulty with your My Disney Experience account, not to worry! Simply call the My Disney Experience Team at (407) 939-6104. A friendly Cast Member there will be happy to assist you! I once had an issue with my My Disney Experience account and a Cast Member was able to access my account and resolve the problem for me. It was such a relief!
