Hi, I just logged our tickets for our disneyland trip in May. I accidentally put my husbands name against my sins ticket and vise versa. (My sons says 10+ and my husbands says 3 - 9). How can I fix this?

It’s a small world after all, Susan, and I’m so glad you found your way to planDisney!

I’m so excited for your family’s upcoming adventure to the Happiest Place on Earth! You’re going to make so many magical memories together this May.

It sounds like the names got mixed up on your theme park tickets. Though you aren't able to fix this online, you can contact Ticket Services for assistance, or visit a Main Entrance Ticket Booth upon arrival for help. Tickets aren’t actually assigned to a specific person until each ticket is scanned at the front entrance turnstiles. As each Guest in your group is scanned in, the Cast Member will take a picture to assign one ticket to each specific Guest. At that point, the ticket can’t be transferred to anyone else.

I have some good news for you, Susan! You’re arriving just in time for the return of some of our favorite nighttime spectaculars, including the Main Street Electrical Parade, World of Color, and Disneyland Forever fireworks, which all make their debut on April 22. I can’t wait to see the new finale of the Main Street Electrical Parade, including a nod to Encanto… it’s going to be pure magic!

I hope this information helps as you plan your vacation! Please stop by with any additional questions you may have… we’re all EARs!

Meet the Panelist: Kristin, California

Greetings from sunny California! I live less than an hour from the Disneyland Resort, and have been an Annual Passholder (and now a Magic Key Passholder) for more than 20 years! As a mom of three kids ages 5-10, I consider myself an expert at navigating the Disneyland Resort with little ones. My family of five can’t get enough of the magic and happiness we encounter every time we step foot on Main Street, U.S.A. I look forward to sprinkling pixie dust on your next visit to the Happiest Place on Earth! Learn More About Kristin
