    I have logged in and need to cancel my reservation and re-book it for April. I cannot see my current reservation in the webiste

    Thanks for your question about modifying your Walt Disney World Resort reservation. I'm happy for you to hear that you're looking to re-book your reservation. For you, tomorrow really is just a dream away.

    While your question doesn't mention the type of reservation you want to modify, I'll gladly share some tips on how you can quickly view your reservation to make modifications. Whether the reservation you wish to modify is a Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation or a Walt Disney World theme park reservation, you can simply sign in to your Disney account and look in the My Disney Experience "My Plans" area. You will see there are planning tools for managing reservations for "Resort Hotel" and for "Park Reservations," in addition to other planning tools.

    If you are looking to modify your theme park reservation, you should see the reservation in the "Daily Itinerary" area with a "View Details" button that provides more information as well as an option to cancel the reservation. After you cancel the reservation, you can then return to the Disney Park Pass system and make a new reservation for your desired theme park day. I encourage you to check out the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar to see that the day you desire to visit the theme park is showing availability. 

    If you are looking to make a modification to your hotel reservation, you should see the information in the "Resort Hotel" section. If your type of hotel reservation allows online modifications, you should be able to make the change online. You might need to reach out to Walt Disney World Resort directly by calling call (407) 934-7639 for assistance with modifying your hotel reservation.
