    I am logged into my disney experience and it says select my magic bands. Everytime I click on that it takes me to a page to link a magicband not preorder mine.

    How excited you must be finalizing your plans for your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation, and pre-ordering MagicBands is one step closer to all the fun that awaits your arrival! You will be able to enjoy the Autumn Events and Festivities during the 50th Anniversary Celebration, congratulations, I am so very happy for you, Twyla!

    When utilizing my Disney account, I seem to have more success when I select the United States in the country filter located near the top. You could try that, and also make sure you have associated or linked your reservation in your My Disney Experience account, which may be the reason you are receiving that message. If you still encounter difficulties please contact My Disney Experience and MagicBands for resolution.

    Twyla, please note, that MagicBands, even when pre-ordered and paid for, as part of your Walt Disney World Resort vacation package, will be waiting for you at check-in at the Front Desk, as currently, MagicBands are not shipped Internationally. Rest assured, your MagicBands will be ready for your arrival, just be sure to place your order at least 11 days before your check-in, and even sooner if you can.

    Once everything is settled with your MagicBand pre-order, please proceed to make your Disney Park Pass reservations using your valid theme park admission, and please download the My Disney Experience App to manage everything before, during and after your vacation. The app has many features that will help make your visit the best it can be. One of my favourites is the reimagined theme park attraction service called, Disney Genie and Disney Genie+ which will optimize your theme park touring and save you time waiting in lines.
