    I am logged into my Disney experience and my annul pass shows up. However when I go to make a reservation it ask for me to purchase another ticket

    How awesome is it to be a member of "the club that was made for you and me?" I am talking about the annual passholder club, of course!

    Jalen, it sounds like your My Disney Experience Account is a little stuck. Just like Pooh, you may have to call in some reinforcements from the Hundred Acre Wood to give you a little push. You can reach these helpers by calling the V.I.Passholder line at (407) 939-7277. You can also reach out via the annual passholder email line. They should be able to re-prioritize your account so that the Disney Park Pass system recognizes your annual pass.
