    I just logged on to see my account balance and make a payment but I cannot seem to find the Walt Disney Travel Company part of the website anymore! Is somewhere new? Thanks!

    Unfortunately, the portion of your My Disney Experience account that shows your balance and allows you to make a payment is not available. Looks like Stitch got a hold of it! However, Cast Members are working to get this feature back up and running as soon as possible. Looks like Stitch got a hold of it! 

    In the meantime, call 407-939-1936 and a Cast Member will be more than happy to assist you in providing your balance and making a payment.
