    When I log into the my Disney experience app it says that I can pick up my magic bands at check in. I already customized them but how do I make it so that they are shipped to me prior to my vacation?

    Hi Quillan!

    I don’t know about you, but customizing MagicBands is one of the best parts of planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation. 

    Depending on our scheduled arrival, your MagicBands can be delivered to your home if you customize them at least 11 days prior to your arrival. If this is the case, I recommend calling (407) 939-5277 to get assistance with ensuring the MagicBands arrive at your home in time. However, if you are between 10 to 6 days prior to arrival, you can customize them, but you will receive them when you arrive at your Disney Resort hotel. If you are less than 5 days out, you will receive a non-customized MagicBand when you arrive at check-in. I hope this helps.
