It sounds like you may be trying to add a
theme park ticket or Disneyland Resort Hotel Reservation to your MyDisney account or Disneyland app. If you're looking to add a theme park ticket to your
Disneyland app, you can open up the app and navigate to the three horizontal bar line icon in the bottom right-hand corner and tap "My Tickets & Passes." Then tap "Link Tickets & Passes" and you can scan the ticket barcode or type in the number manually.
If you have a magical stay at one of the
Disneyland Resort Hotels coming up, you are able to
link your hotel reservation on the Disneyland site or in the Disneyland app from that same main menu under "Hotel Reservations." You also can begin online check-in for your hotel stay prior to your visit, and you can receive a notification once your hotel room is ready. The notification is a great feature, you can go enjoy your day and explore if you arrive early and your room is not ready upon arrival.
