are there any other locations on Disney property in Orlando doing a Halloween event on October 31st? Particularly another park other than Magic Kingdom (since I could not get MNSSHP tickets) or a resort like Wilderness Lodge?

    Boo to you, Niomi!

Welcome to planDisney, foolish mortal! I am so happy that you stopped by to ask us this spooktacular question, as I also love celebrating the Halloween season at the Walt Disney World Resort. Visiting the Disney theme parks and Resorts is the best way to celebrate big holidays, in my opinion, and Halloween is always so much fun.

One of my favourite traditions at the Walt Disney World Resort is that Guests staying at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground get involved in the Halloween festivities. Guests love to get their campgrounds and cabins all decked out in Halloween decorations, and many even give out candy on Halloween night! In addition, Cast Members and Guests often participate in a golf cart parade every year on Halloween. The Halloween parade tends to get quite popular, however, so make sure to arrive earlier to have a good view of the "floats." For more information on these activities, I recommend asking a Cast Member at Pioneer Hall, as they should be able to give you specific times and guidelines should you want to join in!

Something I also love doing during special holidays is checking out the festive snacks that are available around the theme parks and Resorts. The Halloween season typically comes with many spicy desserts, which I absolutely love, so I always want to try those seasonal treats! In past years, Disney's Hollywood Studios had a pumpkin tiramisu and a pumpkin chocolate chai mousse that were incredible! To know all about the seasonal treats, keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog, as they often publish Foodie Guides listing all those delicious snacks.

I hope this was helpful, Niomi, and that you will have the best day ever on your next Disney vacation! If you have any other questions in the time leading up to your trip, please don't hesitate to reach back out. We always love to come out and socialize, just like grim grinning ghosts!

    Happy Halloween!
