What an amazing friend you are, it sounds like your friend is planning a very special holiday at the
"Most Magical Place on Earth!" At this time, you will not be able to purchase
Digital Disney Gift Cards since the
Disney Store site requires an address from specific countries during the checkout process. I just tried to complete a purchase for a Digital Disney Gift Card, and unfortunately, Belgium is not in the country/region drop down list to choose from.
I'm sure this is not the news you were hoping for, but I do have an alternative solution for you! I know it is not as magical as a Disney Gift Card, but you could send your friend money through a peer-to-peer payment or mobile money transfer service. Your friend could then use that money to purchase a Disney Gift Card once they arrive to the Walt Disney World Resort! They could then spend the gift card on select
dining and
merchandise throughout the theme parks. I'm sure it would really help make their trip even more memorable!
