Magic Key Holder, I’m happy to help get your son back on track with his Magic Key pass.
If you’ve previously linked your son’s Magic Key to the
Disneyland app, it should still be connected to his My Disney Experience account. When prompted to log in, select “Looking for username login?” Then click “Having trouble logging in? Send a one-time code.”
You’ll then be asked to enter an email address. Use the email your son used to create his My Disney Experience account. Once you receive the code, you’ll be able to log back into his account, and his Magic Key should still appear in the Disneyland app.
If that doesn’t work, I recommend calling
Magic Key Membership Services at (714) 781-7277. A Cast Member will be happy to assist you in retrieving your son’s Magic Key pass.
Since your son is a Magic Key Holder, be sure he takes full advantage of all the
exclusive benefits! I love when Magic Key Holders receive complimentary merchandise or access to special experiences.
